• Camelyon17 validation
• stronger calibration analysis
• subgroup and fairness evaluation

Long-term

• real multi-center validation
• clinically meaningful studies
• regulatory pathways where applicable

Research progress should be interpreted by evidence level rather than implementation complexity.
